IN DEVELOPMENT

PUBLIC ACCOUNTABILITY

Track each fund.
Document each movement.

The approved solidarity-sales policy reserves proceeds solely for unavoidable conversion costs, taxes attributable to those sales and donations supporting children, with all remaining funds donated. Each confirmed EUR conversion triggers a 24-calendar-hour donation-and-evidence commitment. The ledger will distinguish gross/net proceeds, provisional and final paid taxes, receipts, deadlines and delays. No beneficiaries or donations are registered yet.

SEPARATE ACCOUNTS

Funds with distinct purposes.

The public register currently contains a policy schema and empty movement lists; unverified balances are shown as unavailable rather than zero.

01

Mining-linked solidarity fund

Intended 0.5% mining-related contribution, subject to technical implementation.

02

Treasury-funded solidarity

Planned corresponding treasury contribution and independent accounting.

03

General treasury

Development funds are separate from solidarity and intended only for documented creation, infrastructure and maintenance costs, never retrospective personal pay. Custody and implementation remain pending.

04

Voluntary solidarity lots

A separate register for any future personal sales of legitimately mined coins.

MOVEMENT RECORDS

One entry per operation.

Future entries should make it possible to reconcile activity without relying on unverifiable totals.

IDENTITY

When and why

Stable reference, date, fund, movement type, purpose and confirmation status.

VALUE

Amounts and currencies

Gross quantity, denomination, exchange conversion, fees and net amounts should be distinguishable.

REFERENCE

Chain and documentary links

Transaction identifiers and redacted documentary proof should be supplied when available and genuinely verified.

EVIDENCE

Verification from origin to receipt.

On-chain and off-chain facts require different kinds of evidence.

STEP 1

Verify transfer

Use the correct public-chain explorer to confirm a real transaction and its state once such a network exists.

STEP 2

Reconcile conversion

Record conversion time, rate, fees and payout in fiat or another recipient currency.

STEP 3

Confirm beneficiary receipt

Provide a relevant redacted receipt or certificate showing the beneficiary and amount delivered.

PUBLICATION POLICY

Auditability without disclosing secrets.

A trustworthy record should not contain private keys or unnecessary personal information.

PUBLIC

Movement metadata

Dates, fund classifications, amounts, state, public purposes and appropriately verified transaction references.

REDACTED

Personal and financial documents

Remove account numbers, patient data, children's identities and sensitive third-party details.

CORRECTIONS

Transparent revisions

Log justified corrections rather than silently rewriting or removing historical entries.

Current register status

No public charitable transactions are verified yet. Null balances and empty movement lists mean no public verified record is available, not a confirmed zero balance or proof of activity.
