Minimal data collection.
SYPcoin does not provide user accounts or ask for wallet keys, payment details or banking information. Visitors may voluntarily provide an email address solely to request one public testnet launch alert.
HOSTING AND TRAFFIC
Infrastructure and statistics.
The web is hosted on GitHub Pages and measures aggregate traffic through Cloudflare Web Analytics.

The site includes Cloudflare's Web Analytics beacon for traffic and performance statistics. See the provider's current product documentation for its privacy claims.
No visitor accounts
No passwords, wallet seed phrases or payments are collected. The optional testnet alert form only requests an email and explicit consent.
OPTIONAL TESTNET NOTIFICATION
Only one launch alert.
Controller: management of the SYPcoin project; contact sypcoin@proton.me. We request only your email and consent to send one notification when the public testnet becomes available. There is no guaranteed access, marketing list or public GitHub record.
Legal basis: explicit voluntary opt-in through an unchecked checkbox. Web3Forms processes automatic requests and forwards them to the private project mailbox, and may run anti-spam checks. Alternatively, visitors can send their request directly from their own email application without using Web3Forms. Failed or undelivered requests must not be treated as confirmed signups. Subscriber email ownership is not verified. Project-controlled records are retained until the notification plus up to 30 days, unless withdrawn earlier; Web3Forms may temporarily retain submissions under its own terms.
For access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent email sypcoin@proton.me. The project owner must review and complete any legally required controller identification and processor information before treating this as a final legal notice.
