IN DEVELOPMENT

SOLIDARITY / PROJECT DESIGN

Charitable commitments.
Traceable delivery.

SYPC Solidaria is the project's proposed charitable initiative. It distinguishes protocol-related contributions from optional personal sales of legitimately mined coins. A declared donation must be supported by evidence of what the recipient actually received.

PROPOSED FUNDING

Two sources. One objective.

The earlier design placed the whole planned 1% contribution on mining. The revised design splits that responsibility.

0.5%

Mining-linked part

The proposed mining contribution is reduced to 0.5%, subject to defining its exact calculation basis.

0.5%

Treasury contribution

Treasury would provide an equivalent 0.5%, replacing the share removed from miners.

1% EQUIVALENT

Combined objective

The exact settlement mechanics, accounting and on-chain treatment still require public specification and testing.

SEPARATE INITIATIVE

Voluntary solidarity coin lots.

Personal sales of legitimately mined SYPC, if launched, are separate from the recurring 0.5% + 0.5% proposal.

SOURCE

Legitimate mining

Any future lot must derive from real and verifiable mining on an operating SYPcoin network.

PUBLIC TERMS

Quantity and price

Each offer should clearly state size, price, charitable purpose, applicable conditions and whether any sale is actually open.

NO RETURN PROMISES

Sale is not investment advice

No promise of price appreciation, passive returns or future exchange listing is implied.

DONATION INTEGRITY

A pledged amount must arrive in full.

Under the approved policy, all solidarity-sale proceeds are reserved solely for unavoidable conversion charges, taxes attributable to those sales and child-focused donations. The entire remainder is donated; this is not a claim that all gross sales proceeds reach a charity. Personal and development expenses are forbidden uses of solidarity proceeds.

INCOME

Record gross proceeds

An amount received in a sale is not automatically a completed charitable donation.

COSTS

Disclose relevant expenses

Currency conversions, payment fees, applicable taxes and network charges should be recorded separately.

RECEIPT

Document beneficiary receipt

If a pledge states that a particular amount will be donated, publication as completed requires evidence that the beneficiary received that amount.

Approved solidarity commitment · not yet implemented

Each confirmed conversion of solidarity SYPC to EUR starts a maximum 24-calendar-hour window to make the donation and publish available evidence. Conversion and donation times, any delay, provisional attributable tax estimates and reserves, final liabilities and actual tax payments will be disclosed separately. Unused tax reserves will be donated.

No charity or foundation has been designated or affiliated with SYPcoin. Beneficiaries will be selected when donations occur. Sent donations awaiting receipt will be labelled as such. Development funds are separate and limited to substantiated infrastructure and maintenance costs; custody and technical execution remain pending.

RESPONSIBLE ACCOUNTING

Transparent records without exposing people.

Financial traceability should coexist with data minimization.

ON-CHAIN

Public transaction proofs

Publish chain identifiers and verifiable state only when there is a legitimate public network and actual movement.

OFF-CHAIN

Beneficiary documents

Use redacted receipts and certificates to verify purpose and received amount.

PROTECTED

Sensitive third-party information

Do not publish children's identities, health information, personal banking identifiers or unnecessary private details.

No verified public donations yet

The initiative describes a proposed model, not completed donations or currently available charitable coin lots. Public fund balances are not presented as confirmed zero.
